How to add scrolling text html codes for bloggers

if you want to decorate your blogger with some scrolling text, so this post will help you to do that. so follow simple steps given below.

1. Adding simple scrolling text:

Press "Ctrl + A" to Select and "Ctrl + C" to Copy

2. Add a background color to the text,
